Reminder to 5th Grade Families! Step Up Day is coming up on Wednesday, February 5th!
This day will give your child an opportunity to experience a school day at the PCS Middle/Upper School Campus. Students will attend various classes with current Middle School students and teachers. They will also have the opportunity to experience a Middle/Upper School event! Our International Festival will be taking place during lunch and will include activities, food from various countries, and guest speakers. Students can pack their own lunch, while they also enjoy the food samples provided as a part of the festival.
Homeroom begins at 8:10 am, so carpool students should plan to arrive at the Middle/Upper School Campus by 8:00 am. This will give us time to welcome everyone, give instructions for the morning, and get them settled in their first activity/class. Please take a moment to complete this Google form to indicate your permission for your student to attend, as well as their transportation plans for the day.
We would also like to invite parents/guardians to attend a portion of Step-Up Day. Please join us for an Info/Q & A session in the library from 8:15 am - 9:00 am, followed by a tour of the school. You will meet with Mr. Fitzpatrick (Head of School), myself (MS/US Principal), Mrs. Kari Morris (MS Dean of Students), Mr. Jesse Rothgaber (School Counselor), Ms. Heidi Wolfskill (Instrumental Music), and Mr. Tim Drake (Athletic Director).
