Weight Room

Middle and Upper School athletes are invited to the fitness center on Tuesday evenings from 5:00-6:15pm. Coach Stephen Kobithen will be available to help players develop a lifting plan or facilitate their plan from Strength and Conditioning Class.

Drop in on Tuesdays between 5:00-5:45 for a 30 minute session. Please let Coach Kobithen or Mr. Drake know that you are attending a Tuesday session. Thursday sessions are available upon appointment with Coach Kobithen.
